The Moline Acres Municipal Court and Violations Bureau was established in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Missouri Supreme Court and is a Division of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court of St. Louis County.
The Municipal Court is in session the 1st Wednesday evening of each month at 5:00 p.m. Sign-In begins at 4:00 p.m. The Moline Acres Municipal Court and Violations Bureau is located in Moline Acres City Hall at 2449 Chambers Road. The Violations Bureau is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed daily 12:00-1:00 p.m. for lunch and on Friday 9 a.m. -1p.m.
You will not be arrested if you appear at the Traffic Violations Bureau to inquire about your case , however a warrant for your arrest may be issued and/or your license may be suspended for failure to appear in court on your court date.
The Court dispenses information, collects fines that do not require a court appearance and maintains all Court records. The Violations Bureau can be reached by calling 314-868-2433 ext.702 or 703 or please visit www.molineacres.org for more information.

An additional $4.00 fee is charged for the use of debit/credit cards. The Municipal Court department does not accept cash during regular business hours. Cash is only accepted during scheduled court nights.
