The Moline Acres Municipal Court and Violations Bureau was established in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Missouri Supreme Court and is a Division of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court of St. Louis County.
Beginning in March of 2016, our court time will change to 5:00 p.m.
The Municipal Court is in session the 1st Wednesday evening of each month at 5:00 p.m. Sign-In begins at 4:00 p.m. The Moline Acres Municipal Court and Violations Bureau is located in Moline Acres City Hall at 2449 Chambers Road. The Violations Bureau is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed daily 12:00-1:00 p.m. for lunch and on Friday 9 a.m. -1p.m.
You will not be arrested if you appear at the Traffic Violations Bureau to inquire about your case. If you cannot pay your fines and court costs in full you will not be arrested, however, a warrant for your arrest may be issued and/or your license may be suspended for failure to come to court on your court date.
The Violations Bureau was established to administer to the Municipal Judge, Prosecutor and public. The Court dispenses information, collects fines that do not require a court appearance and maintains all Court records. The Violations Bureau can be reached by calling 314-868-2433 ext.102 or 103.

The Municipal Court department does not accept cash during regular business hours. Cash is only accepted during scheduled court nights.
