The Moline Acres Municipal Court and Violations Bureau was established in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Missouri Supreme Court and is a Division of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court of St. Louis County.

 

The Municipal Court is in session every 1st & 3rd Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. The Moline Acres Municipal Court and Violations Bureau is located in Moline Acres City Hall at 2449 Chambers Road. The Violations Bureau is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

The Violations Bureau was established to administer to the Municipal Judge, Prosecutor and public. The Court dispenses information, collects fines that do not require a court appearance and maintains all Court records. The Violations Bureau can be reached by calling 314-868-2433 ext.102 or 103.

The Municipal Court department does not except cash during regular business hours.  Cash is only accepted during scheduled court nights.
