The Moline Acres Municipal Court and Violations Bureau was established in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Missouri Supreme Court and is a Division of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court of St. Louis County.
The Municipal Court is in session every 1st & 3rd Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. The Moline Acres Municipal Court and Violations Bureau is located in Moline Acres City Hall at 2449 Chambers Road. The Violations Bureau is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed daily 12:00-1:00 p.m. for lunch.
You will not be arrested if you appear at the Traffic Violations Bureau to post a Bond or Inquire about your case. If you cannot pay your fines and court costs in full you will not be arrested, however, a warrant for your arrest may be issued for failure to come to court on our court date.
The Violations Bureau was established to administer to the Municipal Judge, Prosecutor and public.
The Court dispenses information, collects fines that do not require a court appearance and maintains all Court records. The Violations Bureau can be reached by calling 314-868-2433 ext.102 or 103.

The Municipal Court department does not accept cash during regular business hours. Cash is only accepted during scheduled court nights.
